They can offer you the highest standards and levels of service, not only on Roylance Scientific equipment, but also on most existing legacy rooms and cabinets.  (Simply call them to see if your stability equipment qualifies).

At Roylance Scientific, they endeavor to work with their clients to understand their needs. Whether you require a single chamber servicing, your whole stability suite servicing, disaster recovery or a critical spares package, Roylance Scientific have you covered.

As standard they can offer a selection of service and preventative maintenance packages, which can be tailored to suit your individual needs and budgets.

Service and maintenance contracts

Their 3 packages are: 

Bronze Package

  • Emergency response during standard business hours, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m and 5 p.m excluding Bank and Public holidays.
  • Site visit if required within 48 hours of call. One major service visit per annum.

Gold Package

  • Emergency response 24 Hours 7 days a week, inclusive of Bank and Public holidays.
  • Site visit to endeavor to rectify the issue within 24 hours of call.
  • One major service visit per annum.

Platinum Package

  • Emergency response 24 Hours 7 days a week, inclusive of Bank and Public holidays.
  • Site visit to endeavor to rectify the issue within 24 hours of call.
  • 200 Litres of Disaster Recovery space.
  • Two service visits per annum, one minor and one major.

Roylance Scientific also offers inspections, maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and testing.
All these services are available to customers with or without a full service contract as well as customers with their own team of professionals.

A typical service maintenance visit

Take a look at what we do on a typical planned service and maintenance visit. Your service and maintenance is tailored to individual customers’ requirements and is product specific – detailed in the relevant Preventative Maintenance Manual (available upon request).

For a typical planned visit, the actions listed below will be performed by the engineer at the service intervals specified in your maintenance and service agreement.

What we do

  • Mechanical and electrical inspections and testing of equipment will be undertaken with regard to operational serviceability and safety
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of all pure water containers, pipework, reservoirs, pumps and ancillary systems
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of drainage systems fitted to unit
  • Inspection and calibration of Data Logger installation (where applicable)
  • Inspection and calibration of chart recorders attached to equipment (where applicable)
  • Testing of internal alarm systems and connection to remote alarm systems (where applicable)
  • Where applicable, calibration of meters using instruments that are traceable to National Standards
  • Issue of preventative maintenance inspection report
  • Issue of maintenance visit certificate indicating the inspections performed and the general condition of the equipment
  • Maintenance of electrical and mechanical assemblies where applicable
  • Planned replacement of consumables i.e. seals (if relevant), water system cartridges, ultrasonic generators and lamps to maintain the chamber integrity
